Roquefort Mac 'n' Cheese

I love blue cheese. I love Macaroni and Cheese. Why not combine the two?

We have great cheese variety here in France, so I figured, why not add a couple to spice things up when making MC?

So here we have a little recipe for a good mac and cheese from our friends over at evilshenanigans.com

What you need:
  • 250g of Macaroni
  • Some evaporated milk (can do without)
  • 1 egg
  • A tablespoon of butter
  • Bit of milk
  • Some mustard
  • Some ground red pepper
  • Salt and pepper
And from the cheese section - you can vary your cheese, but this the following is recommended:
  • 200g of Roquefort
  • 100g Tomme de Savoie
  • 100g of Emmental
Admittedly, not the easiest thing to find outside of Europe, but go fish.

1. Cook macaroni as packet says.

2. On medium heat, add evaporated milk, egg, butter, milk, mustard, spices.

3. When that's all melted, add the cheeese.

4. Serve while it's hot.

Optional: Add a little blue food colouring to impress your friends.
