Hummus


I know that some people out there could kill me for posting this recipe. But this is how I make hummus. There are lots of variations of the amounts of lemon juice and garlic and everything. So feel free to experiment.

What you need:
  • A jar of chickpeas
  • Lemon juice of a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Bit of salt and pepper
I recommend:
  • Chopped cilantro (coriander) and mint leaves, to mix in at the very end
1. Add everything to a food processor and blend.
